Transport & Logistics Administrator - AM & PM Shifts

Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking experienced and reliable Transport & Logistics Administrators to join our team in Erskine Park.
n
Location: Erskine Park
n Roster: Monday to Friday
n Employment: Full-time hours on casual rates
n Pay Rate: From $38 per hour (AM Shift) | $41 per hour (PM Shift)
n
We have multiple positions available across both AM and PM shifts, offering an excellent prospect for candidates with strong administration, data entry and transport/logistics experience.
n
About the Role
n
You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support across transport and logistics functions, including:
n
n
Excel data entry and reporting
n
Load planning and scheduling
n
LOSCAM docket management
n
Invoicing and general administration support
n
Preparing manifests and transport documentation
n
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is entered correctly
n
Supporting day‐to‐day transport and warehouse operations
n
n
About You
n
The ideal candidate will have:
n
n
Previous experience in transport, logistics, warehousing or administration
n
Strong Excel and data entry skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
Robust organisational and time‐management skills
n
The ability to work in a fast‐paced setting
n
Good communication and problem‐solving skills
n
Previous experience with transport documentation, scheduling or invoicing will be highly regarded
n
