Job Description

Commonwealth Bank in Mount Barker and Denmark seeks a full time Branch Manager for a fixed-term contract ending October 2027. You will lead a team across two WA communities, with in-branch presence on Tue and Thu in Mount Barker and Mon, Wed, and Fri in Denmark.

You will coach staff to deliver excellent service, drive lending, deposits and wealth product sales, and mentor your team to achieve branch targets while keeping customer focus at the forefront.
