Job Description

Auxus, part of the Glad Group, is seeking a front-of-house professional to be the face of a premium Collins Street building in Melbourne. You will greet tenants and visitors, manage enquiries, and drive tenant satisfaction in a full time parental leave cover with potential for extension.

You will coordinate services, maintain a first-class lobby setting, provide tours, and support events, activations and promotions while fostering robust customer relationships daily.
