Harding is seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Retail Manager to lead onboard guests through a memorable retail experience. You will manage a team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional service while achieving profit targets.

You will also oversee training, client outreach for events, and maintain high standards in both shop floor and back-office operations aboard cruise ships. The role is contract-based and involves up to 6 months at sea with a 1–2 month home break.
