Job Description

ibis Mackay is looking to welcome a Front Office All Rounder to join our growing Front Office team. Your mission is to ensure our guests enjoy their stay with us through providing warm, genuine and responsive service.

You will greet guests, assist with reservations, handle requests, and coordinate with other departments to deliver guest experiences. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays is required; Australian working rights hold.
