Mid-Senior Interior Designer | Hospitality & Retail

We are seeking a Mid-Senior Interior Designer to join our Brisbane studio. You will work closely with Clients and Landlords to deliver intelligent, well-resolved hospitality and retail environments, from boutique venues to large-scale commercial projects.

This is a hands-on role covering concept through to delivery, including the chance to design and source custom furniture and joinery as part of our integrated design approach.

Valid work visa or Australian work rights are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities
Design concept development, spatial planning, and material selections
Revit documentation and coordinated construction drawing packages
Furniture and joinery design, detailing, and shop drawings
Client presentations and stakeholder coordination
Liaison with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
On-site project support and delivery

Skills & Experience
Mid-Level:
2+ years' experience in interior design
Hospitality (F&B;) and retail project experience




4+ years' experience in interior design
Robust hospitality (F&B;) and retail project experience
Essential for both:
Qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
Strong interest in furniture and joinery design
Proficiency in Revit / AutoCAD
Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
Solid understanding of construction documentation and detailing
Confident communicator with client-facing experience
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Team-oriented, detail-focused, and design-driven
