Job Description

Shalimar Mooloolaba in Queensland's Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate the dining experience with authentic flavours.

You will prepare a wide range of Indian dishes, mentor junior staff, manage inventory and supplier relations, and ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards in a quick-paced, quality-driven kitchen. This role also offers prospects for menu development and growth opportunities.
