Job Description

Furner's Hotel in Ulverstone, TAS is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and meal production. The successful candidate will supervise the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence and contribute to a quality à la carte menu.

The role requires a trade qualification (Certificate III in commercial cookery), solid cooking techniques, and a cooperative, detail‐oriented approach. Adaptable shifts and a proactive attitude are valued.
