Job Description

Newmont Australia is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer - Operations to support protected and productive open-pit mining through timely geotechnical guidance. You will monitor ground conditions, assess risks and recommend practical solutions to maintain pit stability and operations continuity.

You will work with cross-disciplinary teams on design reviews, hazard management and continuous improvements, applying robust technical capability and proactive safety practices in daily mining activities.
