We are currently recruiting for a 2-month temporary role with a global retailer, providing face-to-face customer service based in Mt Ommaney.

n

Commencing on the 1st of September, this role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, working from their busy Service Centre. Offering a great hourly rate, no technical experience is required, just strong customer service skills, ideally gained within a retail workplace.

About the Role

n

Your main responsibility will be providing customer service to walk-in customers at the Service Centre seeking product repairs.

n

Duties will include:

n

Welcoming customers
n
Providing front counter support
n
Gaining an understanding of repair requirements
n




Logging repair requests into the system
n
Providing customers with updates on repair progress
n
Liaising with the repairs team
n
Assisting with minor repairs
n

About You

Experience in a customer-facing role

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
