H&M; Group in Melbourne is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the store team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will drive sales through expert styling, product knowledge, and a welcoming setting that reflects the brand on the shop floor.

You will analyse sales data, mentor Sales Advisors, recruit and onboard recent staff, and ensure store operations meet brand standards while acting as a brand ambassador. Flexibility for StoreManager duties as needed.
