Job Description

IAG is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to be the first point of contact for customers and partners, delivering exceptional service across CGU products and services. The permanent, full time role includes a 6-week training period with in office and work from home flexibility from home four days a week after training.

Join our call centres in Naarm (Melbourne), Tarndanya (Adelaide), or Boorloo (Perth) and help us build strong customer relationships while supporting sales and retention initiatives.
