Job Description

Dôme is a Western Australian hospitality brand operating 55 cafés and two boutique regional hotels. The HR Advisor will be part of a small People Team, supporting company-owned cafés and hotels with recruitment, employee relations, workers' compensation and HR projects.

You'll work closely with the Human Resources Manager and Operations, Payroll and Training, handling a range of HR tasks in a rapid-moving operational workplace.
