St John of God Health Care is seeking a Casual Room Service Support Officer to assist patients with menu enquiries and enter meal selections in our ordering system, across several hospitals. You will deliver attentive service, ensure correct meal choices, and support the kitchen and care teams in a busy hospital setting.

You will interpret menus, understand common allergens, and accommodate diverse dietary and cultural needs while reflecting our mission and values in every interaction.
