Experienced Property Manager - South-East Melbourne

A excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and professional real estate business.
n This is a task-based Property Management role, meaning you won't be responsible for managing an end-to-end portfolio. You'll work as part of a supportive team, focusing on specific areas of the property management process.

The Role

Assist with a portfolio of approximately 160–170 properties
n
Monday to Friday
n
Every second Saturday for approximately 2–3 hours, with time off in lieu
n
Work closely with the wider Property Management team
n
Maintain strong communication with landlords, tenants and contractors
n

The Role

About You

n

n
Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
n
Strong understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Reliable, proactive and able to work well within a team
n
Current Agents Representative Certificate
n

n
