About the role:

You'll have real autonomy to shape how our fleet is managed - from the systems we use to the standards we set, with the backing to make lasting improvements to reliability, safety and cost-effectiveness.

What you'll own:
End-to-end asset lifecycle: procurement, onboarding, tracking, transfers and disposal
Own fleet maintenance planning, servicing schedules, compliance records and asset readiness across Belmont, Karratha and project locations.
Maintain accurate live asset, inventory, service, maintenance and insurance claims registers and provide executive-level reporting.
Day-to-day running of the Belmont workshop and depot
Fleet standards, asset ID systems and whole-of-life value strategy




Executive reporting on utilisation, costs, compliance and performance
Establish effective relationships to deliver value and minimise asset downtime.

What you'll bring:
Valid C Class licence and forklift/high-risk work licence
Proven experience managing fleet, plant or equipment in a multi-site operation
Hands-on knowledge of light and heavy vehicles, plant and equipment
A track record with insurance claims, supplier negotiation and contractor management
Solid analytical and organisational skills - you can juggle priorities and still deliver sharp reporting
