What You'll Do

n

n
Coordinate HRIS and payroll implementation projects, including Chris21 system enhancements and migrations
n
Maintain project schedules, RAID logs, action registers and regular status reporting
n
Support project governance activities, including PMO reporting and steering committee coordination
n
Coordinate workshops, meetings, testing cycles, payroll parallel runs and cutover activities
n
Liaise with Payroll, HR, IT,



Operations and external vendors to manage requirements, risks and defects
n
Support data migration, reconciliation, system integration and business readiness activities
n
Assist with user training coordination and transition into BAU operations
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator within HRIS, payroll or transformation projects
n
Hands on experience with Chris21 / iChris payroll systems (essential)
n
Understanding of payroll implementations, migrations, integrations and testing cycles
n
Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non technical teams
n
High attention to detail with a structured and proactive approach
n
Experience working in fast paced, multi site or transformation environments (desirable)
n
