Heidi Health is building a distributed cloud platform in Sydney/Melbourne to support clinicians and healthcare providers. You will lead the platform and reliability teams, shaping the infra that keeps Heidi running across regions and customers worldwide.

You will drive SLIs/SLOs, incident response, and IaC with Terraform and Kubernetes, while partnering with product and security to ensure availability and compliance.
