Job Description

The IRONMAN Group in Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a temporary role, supporting multiple events with in office merchandise stores. You will lead store setup, staff coordination, and customer service to drive sales and meet profitability goals.

Responsibilities include managing budgets and inventory, staff recruitment and training, and collaboration with Marketing and Operations to optimise store presence and event delivery. A agile, athlete‐focused mindset is essential.
