WE THE PEOPLE is seeking a Social Media Lead (Creative Editorial) to drive social video and content across local and regional brands from our Melbourne base. You will lead a small team, shape strategy, and deliver scroll-stopping ideas across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube.

You'll oversee planning, shooting, editing, and performance reporting, while mentoring junior staff and engaging senior stakeholders. A creative leader with culture-forward thinking will thrive here.
