Job Description

Unisson Disability in Parklea, NSW, is seeking a passionate Team Leader to manage Supported Independent Living (SIL) services. You'll lead a team of direct support specialists, ensuring high quality person-centred care that helps clients thrive.

The role requires 2–3 years' leadership experience in the disability sector, a Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable), a NSW Driver's Licence, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and on‐call.
