Job Description

Gate Gourmet, a gategroup company, is seeking a Sous Chef to assist in supervising the kitchen and producing meals for airline customers. You will provide culinary leadership, ensure food safety, and maintain quality standards across production.

You will train staff, manage shifts, and coordinate daily production sheets while upholding high sanitation and safety practices in a rapid-paced workplace.
