BOUNCE on the Gold Coast is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to lead a high‐energy team and deliver outstanding customer experiences on the floor.

You'll coach staff, drive sales performance, manage safety and operations, and step up when the Venue Manager is away, owning the venue's day‐to‐day success.

You bring leadership in rapid‐paced service, a hands‐on attitude, resilience and a genuine energy for bringing people together to create memorable experiences.
