Job Description

Fancy Free Group is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager & Group Operations Auditor to lead daily venue operations at Three Horses in Melbourne and oversee strategic audits across the group. You will mentor staff, translate R&D; into live service, and coordinate international brand activations and events.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in Hospitality/Business Management, 5+ years in hospitality, and a proven track record in senior supervision.
