Job Description

Sharp & Carter is recruiting for a Senior Payroll Operations Manager in Melbourne's CBD. The role leads an eight-person payroll team, delivering accurate, compliant payroll across a large workforce.

The position is temporary with a view to permanency, requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. You will report to the Group Payroll Manager and drive governance, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement while mentoring the payroll function to meet legislative and enterprise
