Job Description

EVT Limited is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager for Moonlight Cinema. You will support the Venue Manager in delivering the Moonlight Cinema experience, oversee venue operations, lead a seasonal team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive safety and commercial performance across the summer season.

The role focuses on managing a ~30 casual workforce, coordinating setup, scheduling, and payroll, and maintaining high service standards in a agile open-air cinema workplace.
