Job Description

CBHS Health Fund is looking for a Member Services Consultant to be the first point of contact for members. You'll deliver top-notch service over phone, chat or email in a quick-paced workplace, using empathy and transparent communication to help people when it matters most.

The role offers a rotating roster from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and the flexibility to work from home three days a week, with opportunities for internal progression as you gain experience in a not-for-profit health care provider.
