Job Description

Cafs is seeking a Better Futures Practitioner to work with young people transitioning from care, helping them build independence, confidence and connections across housing, education and employment.

Roles are offered at SW4 and SW5 classifications, part time 0.8 FTE on a 12-month fixed term contract, pro rata salary ranges $92,437–$99,452 (SW4) or $105,736–$110,518 (SW5). Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and meet safety checks.
