Job Description

CommBank's Unloan unit seeks a settlements specialist to ensure quick, accurate post-approval settlements with customers. You will coordinate with the Assessment Team on loan structures, fees and shortfalls, and liaise with customers and a Settlement Agent to keep daily settlements on track.

You will conduct retention discussions, communicate Unloan's propositions, and continuously seek process improvements to boost service and efficiency.
