Job Description

@realty Finance on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced parabroker or lending specialist to own deals from scenario to unconditional. You will structure, assess, and lodge applications with AFG, ensuring policy alignment across majors and second tiers.

You will interrogate documents, close gaps before the assessor sees them, and drive settlement while keeping clients and agents well informed. Read payslips thoroughly and communicate calmly.
