Job Description

Laundy Hotel Group in Penrith is seeking a skilled Sous Chef for the Log Cabin venue, a quick-paced kitchen known for contemporary Australian pub fare and stunning river views. Lead by example, you'll guide a kitchen team, ensure consistent quality, and support the Head Chef in daily operations.

You'll manage stock, collaborate with Front of House, assist with menu development, enforce HACCP and WHS standards, and mentor junior staff, delivering exceptional service in a high-volume setting.
