Job Description

EML Group, based in Brisbane, Australia, is seeking a Senior Workers Compensation Claims Manager to pro-actively handle end-to-end claims within a self-insured setting. The role includes coaching and escalations and offers full time permanent work with the option to work from home up to three days per week once fully trained.

You will lead strategies, engage stakeholders, assess liability, manage rehabilitation plans, and support customers through recovery.
