Rest-A-Sured Security in Wangara is seeking an Operations Coordinator to keep the engine room moving from sale to invoicing. The role is Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, in office with no weekends or nights, reporting directly to the owner with a structured handover and training.
You’ll coordinate daily field technician schedules, set up recent jobs in Aroflo, manage stock and suppliers, monitor reports, handle service calls and ensure timely invoicing. Familiarity with Aroflo and Xero is preferred.
