Job Description

CAR Group is seeking a Strategic Designer to identify opportunities and shape the future of its marketplaces. You will lead customer journey work, uncover unmet needs, and collaborate with a Senior Product Manager to turn priority prospects into tangible concepts, prototypes and experiments.

You'll work with the Head of Strategic Design and cross-functional teams to synthesize research, market evidence, and creative problem-solving for big bets.
