You will establish SLA/KPI measurement, ensure contractual obligations translate into verifiable outcomes, and drive a managed services transition with internal leads and the vendor.

The role requires sharp analytical thinking, contract literacy, and the ability to challenge performance while maintaining a team-oriented partner relationship.
