Job Description

Blue Care in Bundaberg is seeking an experienced Head Gardener to lead a grounds and gardening team at Argyle Gardens Retirement Village. You will oversee lawn and garden maintenance, supervise staff and contractors, and ensure a secure, welcoming workplace for residents and visitors.
