Job Description

Permanser Consulting is seeking a Senior Designer to lead seasonal apparel collections from concept through to production in a long-established Australian business. You will collaborate with the Design Manager to balance creativity with commercial impact, mentor a small design team, and drive product stories with Marketing.

You will work closely with offshore manufacturers and Production to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets, while analysing sales data to steer future ranges.
