Job Description

Townsville Hospital and Health Service (HHS) is seeking an Emergency Department Ambassador to provide person-centred support in the Townsville University Hospital ED. You will engage with patients, carers and visitors to enhance their experience and maintain a secure clinical workplace.

In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, you will monitor consumers and escalate clinical or security concerns as needed, supporting a respectful and compassionate care approach in a busy ED setting.
