Job Description

Auto & General (A&G;) is seeking a Senior Forecasting Lead to oversee workforce planning for our contact centres. You will drive accurate long- and short-term forecasts, develop advanced forecasting models, and present actionable insights to divisional leadership.

You will lead and develop a team of Forecasters, challenging assumptions and applying best practices to optimize capacity and service levels across channels.
