Job Description

Sterning Group Pty Ltd seeks an experienced HR Business Partner – Corporate in Sydney. You will partner with leaders to provide generalist HR support across blue and white collar teams, drive strategic HR initiatives, and play a key role in embedding change within the corporate division.

The role involves developing capability within the HR team and moving from tactical to strategic HR, including involvement in a recent Performance Management Framework and diversity/inclusion projects.
