Lotus is a premium dining / contemporary Australian restaurant and bar in Highgate. The Beaufort is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to take on operational responsibility for our front-of-house service and floor team.

The role reports to the Restaurant Manager and requires robust leadership, rostering, cost control and customer experience focus, with a willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
