About the role

Reporting directly to the business owner, you will take ownership of day-to-day PM operations on a portfolio of approximately 130 x properties, with support from other team members.

Skills & experience
Senior Property Manager or Head of Department background
Solid knowledge of PM legislation and compliance
Leadership qualities for succession planning
Process driven
SA real estate licence essential
