Job Description

Western Health is seeking a Graduate Support Nurse (Mental Health) to provide practical clinical support to graduate nurses on Ward 4A at Footscray Hospital. The role involves mentoring, hands-on support across units, and leadership in clinical education under the Nurse Unit Manager and educators.

Applicants should hold current AHPRA RN registration in Australia, postgraduate mental health qualifications, and at least 5 years of nursing experience with advanced risk assessment skills.
