The Role

n

Own a client portfolio, mentor junior staff, and start moving beyond pure compliance into advisory conversations. You'll work closely with Managers and Partners on more complex engagements, and help improve workflow and turnaround times across the team.

What You'll Need

n

n
Solid grounding in compliance (financial statements and tax)
n




4+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting or Business Advisory environment
n
CA or CPA qualified (or working towards)
n
Confidence managing deadlines, reviewing work, and supporting junior staff
n
Comfortable in client conversations that go beyond compliance
n
Interest in using technology, including AI, to work more efficiently
n
