Innovation Victoria is seeking an Investment Principal - Funds Management to lead portfolio management, investment origination and governance across Victoria's venture ecosystem. You will drive investment strategy, assess fund prospects and mentor a high-performing team.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will build relationships with fund managers, founders and investors, while shaping value-creating investments and risk management across capital and growth initiatives.
