Job Description

Simonds Homes in Pakenham is seeking a full time Customer Relationship Coordinator to manage a portfolio of clients building their current homes. You will guide clients through the process, handle pre-site administration, and coordinate meetings while ensuring files are accurate and up-to-date.

You will liaise with banks and mortgage lenders, maintain knowledge of Simonds products and promotions, and work closely with other departments to keep projects on track.
