Job Description

Linktal Recruitment is seeking a Senior Designer / Draftsperson for a hands-on role with a volume residential home builder in Sydney. The position requires independent management of design and documentation, coordinating across construction, estimating and procurement teams to ensure practical, compliant solutions.

Ideal candidates will have extensive residential design/drafting experience, robust proficiency with design software, and a solid understanding of NCC and Australian Standards.
