Job Description

Thomas Executive is seeking an experienced Collections Officer in Inner West Sydney to manage overdue customer accounts across asset finance. You will negotiate payment arrangements, liaise with customers, brokers and external parties, and drive recovery outcomes while maintaining accurate records.

Reporting to the General Manager, this hands-on role offers exposure to insolvency matters, asset repossessions and close collaboration with senior management in a close-knit team.
