Job Description

UGL is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor for a major utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System project in Victoria. This hands-on, site-based role focuses on building robust safety culture, managing risk, and supporting secure delivery with frontline crews and operational teams.

You will act as a trusted safety partner across the project, leading investigations, audits and safety initiatives, while mentoring HSE staff and collaborating with project leaders.
