Job Description

ON THE HOUSE GROUP is seeking a Venue Partnerships Team Lead in Melbourne to own and grow our venue network. You will lead a small team, drive the full lifecycle from first contact to signed partnerships, and directly manage high-value national accounts and multi-site groups.

You will own the venue strategy, negotiate complex deals, and ensure pipeline growth while maintaining hands-on client relationships.
